Location: - Andheri, Mumbai.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, diploma, or related field preferred
Experience Required: - 1 to 2 Years.

Job Description: -

The Desktop Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, have a strong customer service orientation, and be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: -
• Provide technical support to end-users regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other equipment.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure proper functioning of all desktop systems and network connectivity.
• Set up and configure new user accounts and email profiles.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, patches, and antivirus scans.
• Document technical procedures, solutions, and configurations.
• Assist with the procurement of new hardware and software as needed.
• Train end-users on basic computer usage and best practices.
• Monitor and respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner, ensuring all issues are addressed and resolved effectively.
Skills and Requirement: -
• Proven experience working in desktop support or a similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office suite.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users.
