Job description
Job Purpose/Summary:
- Lead FATP process for smartphone (IOS and Android) project. -Good knowledge of Assembly machine setup & troubleshooting of Current Tester, MMI Tester, Camera tester, Audio tester, BT tester, GPS Tester, and RF Tester. -Good knowledge of RF frequency optimization, torque measurement, Cable loss etc. - Planning the available resources to implement assembly process by using existing or new process equipment’s/tools. - Installation of process equipment’s in production line with proper parameters. - Jig & Fixture validation for new projects and process parameter setting. - Define CTQ, stages in production line to improve process and prevent defects. - Identify process issues in production line and take action to prevent process related issues. - Implementing new process to increase productivity & Yield improvement. - Providing training to operators for Assembly & Packing Process during NPI. -Take initiatives to continuously analyze the assembly process to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement. -Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, quality control measures, and performance metrics of engineers for management review. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. -Proven 5-6 Years experience in smartphone assembly, preferably in a technical leadership role. -Strong technical knowledge of smartphone components and assembly processes. -Understanding of quality control standards and methodologies. -Good Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environment. -Continuous leaning mindset to keep up with technological advancements in smartphone manufacturing. -Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Preferred industry : Smartphone Assembly (At least 1-2 Years experience in company) About Organization: Our vision is to inspire conscious consumption by making an old device aspirational.
