Job description

Summary

This Business Systems Analyst role is within the Digital Finance department of Foundever, with a focus on administration of our internal business spend management software Coupa. The analyst is expected to be a critical thinker who can work with teams across the organization to implement and support systems to improve daily employee efficiency and effectiveness.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Provide global day-to-day end-user support and assist users with proactive best practices to enhance and increase their knowledge of our products and services
  • Document and test enhancements to our internal environments
  • Understand and analyze business objectives and functional requirements into technical solutions that account for integrations and other downstream impacts
  • Quickly identify business risks, inefficiencies, issues, and opportunities
  • Train and support Foundever's internal user base, as needed
  • Ensure adherence to Foundever's Global guidelines, standards, methodologies, and frameworks

Minimum Qualifications

Education and Training:

High school Diploma and/or currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business or Public Administration, Business Law, Finance, Purchasing, or closely related field.

Work Related Experience

Minimum three (1) years progressively responsible experience in purchasing.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Two years of previous experience with Coupa, as part of an implementation or support team
  • Strong project management and documentation skills, with the ability to effortlessly multi-task while ensuring timely delivery of projects and, more importantly, valuable business results
  • Experience responding to production support requests and troubleshooting issues
  • Excellent customer service skills with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and a record of exceeding customer expectations
  • Proven experience with business process optimization
  • Strong accountability, teamwork, and initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess complete integrity and a high sense of personal and professional ethics.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, working on Eastern Standard Time.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

English required.
