Fast growing NBFC at Andheri East Requires HR Manager
• Payroll and compliance experience
• Good communication skills
• Onboarding and documentation experience
• Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
• Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy
• Bachelors / master’s degree in HR or a related field.
• Should have minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role.
• Strong understanding of HR regulations/compliance/policies in NBFC sector
