Post : HR and Administration

Industry : Construction

Location : Bangalore and Mumbai (must be comfortable for working at both location )

Salary : As per industry standards

Experience : 2 to 5years

Job Profile – Admin & Time Office

  • Maintaining of attendance system and leave records for on roll & off roll employees in the Organization.
  • Maintaining Personnel records of on roll employees and Contractors employees.
  • Provide timely Time office reports to the management which includes manpower status, leaves status of employees etc.
  • Calculation of the total attendance of the individual employees on monthly basis and provide to the head of Human Resources for salary and leave calculation.
  • Attendance reward program on the basis of attendance of the individual on roll employees.
  • Preparing Medical fitness report & verification of documents at the time of joining.
  • Verify the documents of sub contractor's employee on monthly basis.
  • Taking care of admin related vendor's monthly bill.
  • Lining up with all contractors to produce their statutory compliance records of all manpower/ workers on monthly basis under various applicable Labor Laws.
  • Complying audit reports and sending to the management.
  • Sub-Contractors Manpower counting on daily basis & sending MIS report to the HOD.

Welfare Activities

  • Administration and Supervision of all Welfare facilities in the organization.
  • Canteen Management.
  • Arranging the vehicle for all staff/employees for their duties.
  • Maintaining Work Orders of Hired Vehicles.
  • Processing of hired Vehicles bill & other vendor bills.
  • Maintaining Records of Admin Activities.
  • Maintaining & Control of Site Expenses.
  • Provide the guest house for all company staff and maintain the guest house time to time.

Grievance Handling

  • By having one to one feedback session with the employee & addressing the problem to the concerned heads, to get an effective & early solution.
  • Providing independent counseling to employees and /or supervisors to resolve work-related problems that may relate to performance and/or discipline based issues.
  • Formal interaction with employees to gather information on specific issues and making reports of the same and presenting to management.
