Qualification: Dip/BE in Electronic or Instrumentation, Bsc / Msc in Electronic, Any Graduate or Commerce / Science Graduate prefer
Years of Experience: 2-5 Yrs

Skill Sets -
Computer Knowledge - MS Office
Good Written & Verbal Communication
Time Management
Hand on experience on any ERP

Job Specifications & Job Requirements:
- Entering POs in clarity, Order acknowledgement, proforma invoices.
- Sales reports
- To follow up for Pre dispatch Inspection
- To check invoices
- Follow up with production dept. for deliveries, urgent requirements.
- Shipment Scheduling, Coordination with Dispatch dept. for issues related to transporters & couriers for finished goods.
- Communication with customers for POs dispatches.
- Payment Follow up
- Co-ordination with regional offices and support them for their requirements.
- To follow all the procedure mentioned in ISO manual.
- Processing of purchase orders in ERP & Correspondence related to order execution with customers
- Invoice verification, payment follow ups, payment entries
- Coordination with regional offices for their requirements
- Coordination with production, QC & Dispatch team for availability of product & scheduling dispatches
- To maintain database of customers
