Job description

The role includes full spectrum HR Service delivery expertise through HR operations, policy admin, payroll and benefits admin and managing day to day employee queries and delivery of data analytics and reporting.

Main activities Helping to maintain the individual administrative files of staff from recruitment to departure from the company Drawing up employment contracts Updating data related to working hours Verify CPAM payments Helping to keep tools up to date Answering questions from employees Sending elements to the payroll provider Checking: proofreading payrolls Inserting pay slips

Skillset required Minimum of 7 years in HR

of which 3 years mandatory relevant experience in HR Shared Services Exposure to HR Operating framework from a multi country view, HR Business case drafting skills, SOP and Process maps design and capability, Analytics and dashboard design expertise. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, MS Excel macros skills Should have mandatory and relevant experience in handling multi geo (UK, EU, US, Canada) English speaking markets. Any European language proficiency will be an added advantage
