Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Marketing Manager located in Dehradun. Person from a Building Material Background is preferred.

The Area Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

a. generating sales through Architect, Builders, Govt. Dept., End Users etc. as per assigned targets

b. day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, creating and delivering effective marketing campaigns, and managing a team of sales representatives.

Base Location: Dehradun

Territory: Uttarakhand

Experience & Qualifications

• 4-8 yrs of Building Material Segment or similar product segment experience
• Well aware with Uttarakhand Market
• Have strong network of Architect, Builders
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with the architectural industry and related products is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Fluent in English and Hindi (both written and spoken)
