Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role, located in Dehradun. As a Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and persuading them to purchase our company's products or services. You will be required to maintain and update customer information, as well as keep detailed notes on each call for future reference. Qualifications: Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to build rapport with customers Strong phone presence and the ability to handle a high volume of outbound calls daily Experience in sales or telemarketing is a plus Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite Ability to work independently and manage time effectively High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in telemarketing or customer service is a plusJob tags
