As our new

Microsoft 365 Cloud Solution Architect,

you will be responsible for designing, managing, and tailoring Microsoft 365 solutions for customers. This involves collaborating with customers to understand their business needs, designing Microsoft 365 solutions, and providing training and support for Microsoft 365 usage. In addition, you will also be

involved

in pre-sales activities .

Key responsibilities will include Collaborating with customers to understand their business needs and designing Microsoft 365

solutions meeting those needs, involving solution architecture design, service selection, and solution configuration Assisting customers in managing their Microsoft 365 environments,

which entails monitoring performance, identifying security issues, and applying updates Providing customers with support and troubleshooting

for their Microsoft 365 environments, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on Microsoft 365 usage Delivering training and support

to customers on

optimizing

their

Microsoft 365

investment Staying informed

about the latest Microsoft 365 features and technologies to provide customers with the most current advice Assisting customers

in developing and implementing Microsoft 365 governance and security policies to ensure secure and compliant usage of their Microsoft 365 environment

Your Competencies Minimum of

5 years' experience

in a similar role Microsoft Certification such as

MS900, MS-500, AZ-900

&

Microsoft 365 Architect Understanding of

Microsoft 365 security

and

compliance

features Experience with

Microsoft 365 development tools,

such as the

Microsoft Graph API and Power Automate
