Job Overview:

Requirements and Skills:

• Preferably Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• 1+ years experience as an Onboarding Associate or a similar role in the Human Resources Department in any MNC is an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.
• Great interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Solution Oriented mindset.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining employee records and databases.
• Handle routine HR tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation sessions, and introductions to company policies.
• Contribute to internal communication efforts, including the follow ups related to HR-related information.
• Handle basic employee inquiries and assist in resolving HR-related issues under supervision.
• Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and other initiatives as needed.

6 Days a week

10:00 AM - 07:00 PM

Stipend:

Upto 25 K
