An overview of your job role:

As a Talent Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth and development of our workforce. You will leverage your expertise to design cutting-edge learning experiences, incorporating the latest industry trends, virtual learning technologies, and performance support methodologies.

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, department managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure that training content is not only accurate and relevant but also strategically aligned with our business objectives. Develop and design training materials, courses, workshops, and resources that align with our organization’s values, policies, and goals. Utilize industry-standard tools and processes to identify performance gaps and consult with business groups to devise optimal strategies for addressing these gaps. Provide proactive coaching and guidance to new hires and assist them in the design of globally diverse programs that enhance their skills and knowledge. Develop impactful learning solutions for both internal and external communities, fostering skill development and leading change initiatives to address critical skills gaps. Stay updated with learning technologies and trends, and integrate them into training programs where appropriate, such as learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and virtual reality tools

Skills and Qualifications:

A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Learning & Development, preferably within a consulting capacity or similar role. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences. Strong time management skills, with the ability to maintain databases and seamlessly coordinate tasks. Proficiency in MS Office suite, CRM tools, and Learning Management Systems (LMS), along with familiarity with a range of e-learning platforms both on-site and off-site. Ability to translate detailed learning needs analyses into well-structured learning events that cater to various learning styles. Track record of successfully engaging, motivating, and influencing stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
