You will play a pivotal role in the advancement of our EV product line, ensuring its competitiveness and market leadership. Expertise in product + business development of EV powertrains, batteries for EVs, and auto components is required.Duties you'll be entrusted with:Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to expand the EV product portfolio, incorporating market analysis, competitive research, and strategic positioning.Lead a team of professionals to drive product development, production, and go-to-market strategies for EV products.Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners, to increase market share and drive revenue growth.Direct the implementation of innovative technologies and solutions to enhance product performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to anticipate challenges and opportunities in the EV sector.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R& D, marketing, sales, andoperations, to ensure alignment and successful product launches.Oversee budget planning and financial performance related to the EV product line, aiming for profitability and sustainable growth.Provide leadership and strategic direction to the EV product team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.Expectations from you:Basic RequirementsBE/MTech/PhD in Mechatronics/ Electrical/ ElectronicsProven track record of at least 15 years in business development, product management, or related roles within the Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing industry.Skills RequirementsExtensive experience in the EV sector, with a deep understanding of electric vehicle technology, market trends, and regulatory requirements.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams towards achieving business objectives.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building strategic partnerships and driving commercial success.Strategic thinker with analytical acumen, capable of identifying growth opportunities and implementing effective business strategies.Demonstrated results in product development, successful product launches, and revenue growth in the EV or related industries.Strong business acumen, financial literacy, and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
