We are
hiring a Lead Accessibility Analyst role to help us shape the digital landscape
where Accessibility is not just a compliance requirement but a fundamental
aspect of our commitment to inclusivity and diversity.
What you will be doing - Leverage expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to guide and support the design and development teams in creating accessible user interfaces and systems.
- Conduct comprehensive accessibility audits of our digital assets, ensuring compliance with international accessibility standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and address specific accessibility requirements, contributing to the integration of inclusive design principles.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to our teams throughout the development lifecycle, fostering a culture of accessibility awareness and best practices.
- Implement cost-effective strategies for year-long accessibility audits, maximizing efficiency and minimizing expenses in comparison to external audit services.
- Stay abreast of emerging accessibility trends, technologies, and regulatory updates, incorporating relevant insights into our ongoing accessibility initiatives.
- Analyze and report on the results of accessibility audits, highlighting areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to enhance overall accessibility.
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, emphasizing the importance of accessibility in various stages of product development and design.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate internal teams on accessibility standards, guidelines, and techniques.
- Act as a liaison with external auditors when necessary, ensuring seamless coordination and communication regarding accessibility compliance.
- Monitor and track progress on accessibility goals and metrics, providing regular updates to leadership on the status of accessibility initiatives.
