Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Learning Solutions Manager. The Learning Solutions Manager will be responsible for designing, managing and running corporate leadership learning and development programs. This includes designing and developing training materials, managing instructional design processes, providing consulting services to clients, and ensuring effective communication among the teams. There will be active client engagement as the role demands a person to work with sales team to solution for clients. Qualifications Experience with Learning Management and Training & Development Instructional Design skills and experience with design tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Consulting experience with clients and familiarity with different industries Being a certified coach/trainer will be an advantage What Will a Day Look Like Interaction with clients to understand their needs and design solutions for those needs Work with trainers to deliver best possible experience to clients Work with sales teams to build right solutions Write content, workshop and coaching flows Get feedback on trainings from clients and work to improve the delivery experience Ideating on Play Books for large scale implementationsJob tags
