Job Overview
Senior plant management role in a leading manufacturing company specializing in Washed Sand, Graded Silica Sand, and Resin Coated Sand. Responsible for overseeing plant operations and ensuring efficient production processes. Full-time employment based in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Senior: 7 to 10 years of experience in plant management or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technology.
- Proven experience in driving operational efficiency and productivity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and supervise a team of plant personnel.
- Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Sound understanding of safety regulations and compliance.
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage plant operations to ensure efficient production processes and optimal product quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize productivity and reduce production costs.
- Monitor and control plant resources, including raw materials, equipment, and manpower, to meet production demand.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute production schedules.
- Implement and maintain effective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
- Lead and motivate plant personnel to achieve production targets and maintain a positive work environment.
- Analyze production data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to establish and maintain quality control standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
