Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a General Manager. The General Manager will ensure the efficient and effective operation of Saaiesh Group and its subsidiaries. They will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of business operations, managing budgets, and developing business strategies. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and vendors, as well as ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills
- Demonstrated experience in business development, strategic planning, and execution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and make sound decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in the healthcare, fitness, or digital marketing industries is a plus
- Experience in India market is a plus
