Your Role Act as an subject matter expert in the finance domain to identify potential areas for improvement and translate business requirements into technology solutions. Conduct thorough analyses, document business requirements, current processes, desired future processes, project-related documentation, including GAP analysis, blueprints, and functional specifications Collaborate with the SAP team to facilitate the implementation and support of SAP FI /MM specifically from the E-commerce industry. Work closely with the stakeholders in regards to ecommerce system-related requests and troubleshoot any user/system-related issues and queries Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document requirements. Understand existing Business processes, IT landscapes and system architecture. Enable transparent and frequent communication with key stakeholders. Optimize the end-to-end procure-to-payment process for B2B vendors, ensuring timely and precise payments. Develop and implement products that enhance reconciliation of booked GMV for both online and COD transactions. Collaborate with the treasury team to devise solutions that optimize cash flow management. Uphold compliance with relevant regulations, including taxation, invoice accounting, and debit/credit accounting, to ensure seamless financial operations What We’re Looking For 3 to 5 + years of experience in product management. MBA with experience in finance domain is preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of the business Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams Strategic alignment, able to bring key partners across functions together Ability to foster collaboration and facilitate teamwork Ability to clearly and succinctly present information to an internal and external audience Persuasive written and verbal communication skills across diverse functions and teams Ability to influence a high-performing team of Product, Tech and Business StakeholdersJob tags
