About the role: - We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Test Engineer to join the Platform Engineering team.
- As a Quality Test Engineer, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to the cloud services testing and quality assurance processes within the Platform Engineering team.
- This role will involve evaluating new and existing architectures, designs, and applications to design and implement test cases, metrics collection, and metrics analysis.
- This role will design tests and develop testing best practices, patterns, and code-based deployments under the guidance of senior team members.
- This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about cloud development, software testing, and quality assurance and is looking to launch their career in this field.
- Be an Effective Communicator – articulate complex technical issues, and share ideas, participate in peer reviews/design review boards, and exhibit strong listening skills.
About You You are fit for the role of a Software Engineer if you have:
- Experience of min 4 years of work experience
- Work with teams to develop best practices and patterns for monitoring, testing, and data analytics.
- Analyze existing systems and determine the best methods to monitor and evaluate them.
- Build IaaS solutions for Logging and Monitoring.
- Develop and deploy automation for continuous build, test, and monitoring automation.
- Working with the Azure Desktop Virtualization service and related technologies
- High-level programming languages such as PowerShell, and Python. Distributed data stores such as Azure Storage, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, and Amazon S3
- Test automation frameworks including source code unit testing, Postman API testing, Datadog Synthetics, and more.
