Qualification: UG Grads both are ok
Candidate with min 6 months and above exp can apply.
Work Timing Rotational shift
Mode Work From Office Job Location Gurgaon (Candidates applying should be staying in Noida/ Gurgaon city.....pick & drop facility would be available) Eligibility Excellent in English Communication is must. Nature Contract 6 months (While this is a Contract role the possibility of Onboarding on Client payroll may happen in case of exceptional performance and a business need at our Clients end) Salary CTC 40000 upto monthly Other. (depends on last CTC and experience)
Shift Rotational shift and night shift
Notice period: Immediate joiners or max 30 days notice
Qualification
UG Grads both are ok
Experience: 06 months to 5 years experience in technical Support Process Can Apply.
Laptop and other assets will be provided by company
P.F E.S.I Others facility.
Company will give both way cab facility.
Candidate should have, 1.Good Communication skills 2.Take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones 3.Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally. 4.Flexible to work in shifts. 5.Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills 6.Knowledge of customer service principles and practices 7.Good technical knowledge Qualification: Under Graduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate Experience: Minimum 1 year BPO experience up to 5 Years Opening for International Voice Process for our renounced client in Navi Mumbai location. Work Timing - UK Shift (would include rotational shifts between 12pm to 12am) Mode - Only Work From Office Job Location - Vikhroli in Mumbai (Candidates applying should be staying within 30kms from Vikhroli.....pick & drop facility would be available) Nature - Contract to Hire (While this is a Contract 2 Hire role, the possibility of On-boarding on Client payroll may happen in case of exceptional performance and a business need at our Clients end) Requirements Eligibility - Excellent English Communication is must.
