Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager at Urban Money, located in Pune. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing them with personalized loan advisories, and ensuring exceptional service experience. The Relationship Manager will also be responsible for generating business through new and existing clients, achieving revenue targets, and managing and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in relationship management or a similar customer-facing role
- Sound knowledge of loan products, mortgage solutions, and financial markets
- Ability to analyze financial data, understand clients' individual needs, and provide tailored solutions
- Strong sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
HOME LOAN BANKING BACKGROUND WILL BE PREFERRED
