Job description

We are currently seeking an Intermediate Landscape Architect./Designer with 3+ years post-qualification experience to join our Bangalore Office. Applicants must be motivated, efficient and highly organised with demonstrable project delivery experience across multiple sectors including landscape-led development and complex infrastructure projects.

The landscape architecture team is passionate and motivated and has an established reputation for delivering high quality landscape solutions for major infrastructure, transportation, environmental and development projects for a variety of public and private sector Clients.

Responsibilities

• Experience of applying current design standards, guidance and good working practices to the design of external spaces;
• A strong understanding of the Canadian Landscape Standard, published by the Canadian Society of Landscape Architects, latest edition (to be provided);
• Experience in the production of landscape information for infrastructure and development projects, ranging from site audit/concept design and feasibility studies, including production of detailed information for tender and construction including hard and soft landscape plans, grading, construction detailing, planting schedules and specifications;
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on a wide range of project types; and,
• Knowledge of relevant industry legislation, health and safety/CDM regulations, contracts and tendering procedures.

Skills Required : AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit (3D Modelling), Civil 3D, Lumion , Photoshop and Microstation
