Key Responsibilities
- Develop and plan campaigns on a monthly-basis and plan campaign activities according to distribution Channel
- Conceptualise, design, cull-out data and deploy segmented campaigns to drive cross sell numbers
- Execute the customer programme through various communication platforms like SMS, email, voice, digital and social media.
- Conceptualise and deploy multiple campaigns and keep the customer engagement on-going in coordination with marketing team
- Publish 'Campaign Launch' and 'Performance Reports' on Weekly Frequency
- Manage internal and external stakeholders / vendors, understand their requirements
- Derive learnings, analyse and drive efficiencies on a day-to-basis for the campaigns deployed. Plan new campaigns based on these leanings. Share analysis and reports on a weekly basis
- Ensure timely creative filing and approvals with compliance and actuarial, co-ordinate with legal for vendor agreement closure (when applicable)
Required experience
- Experience in Running Campaigns in Life Insurance domain
- Experience in Managing Campaigns and Product Strategy for any particular life insurance distribution channel
