Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Manager to join our team.

As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective ATL marketing campaigns to drive Product awareness,customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

-Candidate should have a deep understanding of various Offline marketing channels, analytics, and performance tracking to optimize campaigns and maximize return on investment (ROI).

-This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

-Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audiences, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to optimize campaign targeting and messaging.

-Must have worked in any Marekting Agency previously.

-Build and execute ATL & BTL campaigns to support specific marketing objectives across different segments to bolster Product awareness, consideration & differentiation in support of our overall strategic marketing plan.

-Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and development, to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.

-User Friendly with analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.

-Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring effective collaboration and timely delivery of marketing assets and campaigns.

-Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals.

-Prepare regular reports and presentations for key stakeholders, summarizing campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.

-Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market.

-Devising and presenting ideas and strategies.

-Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes.
