Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Product Trainer to join our dynamic team at Wings Brand Activations(I) Pvt. Ltd. As a Product Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the product knowledge and skills of our employees. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Product Trainer or in a similar training role.
  • Strong knowledge of product training techniques and methodologies.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate employees through training.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual training platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive training materials and programs to enhance the product knowledge of employees.
  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to employees, including new hires and existing staff members.
  • Assess the training needs of employees and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to employees to reinforce their product knowledge and skills.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new product developments to ensure training materials are up to date.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to understand product updates and changes.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
  • Conduct training sessions using a variety of delivery methods, including in-person and virtual training.
  • Maintain training records and track the progress of employees.
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies and techniques to effectively sell our products.

Individuals in this role will be working with business stakeholders like painters, contractors, architect, shop boys, dealers, employees etc. Key task of this role is to train different business stakeholders about paints, application process, mechanized tools, waterproofing etc. The job requires travel for up to 15-days in a month.

Functional Responsibilities: -

Planning and conducting training as per monthly plan

The trainer will travel to different locations to train participants

Attending complaints at customer site

Prepare product panels; Mobilise trainees; Handle new assignments as needed.

Education Qualification: - Post graduate / Graduate from any background

Knowledge and experience of training, consumer sales, business development in paints and building material industry is an added advantage

Preference for candidates from Paint Companies / Painting services Companies/ Building materials: -Asian Paints/ Kansai Nerolac/ Indigo/ Akzo/ Aapkapainter/ Cements/ Electricals/ Pipes/ Hardware
