The IT Recruitment Business Development Executive (BDE) or Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving the growth of our IT

recruitment business. This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring

successful IT talent placements for our clients.

Responsibilities:

*Client relationship management
*Business development and market research
*Candidate sourcing and placement
*Sales, proposals, and contract negotiation
*Client retention and satisfaction
*Reporting and compliance
*Quality assurance

Kanpur: Inperson interview timing (9.00am to 5.00pm) Monday to Saturday
