Job description
ESOL is seeking highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Sales team. As a Sales Expert, you will be crucial in assisting prospective adult students through the entire admissions process, from initial outreach to successfully closing sales. You will be responsible for confidently calling prospects, delivering engaging presentations, following up diligently, and closing admissions successfully.
Remuneration and Incentives: INR 30K Fixed Per Calendar Month (+ Performance Bonus) Location: Work from home | Number of positions: 5 ESOL is seeking individuals with a proven track record in sales; freshers need not apply. There will be targets. Performance will be evaluated on sales targets achieved weekly and monthly. One-day training will be provided to: Gain in-depth sales knowledge of the product. Demonstrate commitment to learning. Implement learned techniques in real-world scenarios. Successfully close a minimum of 2 admissions per day. Successfully meet targets in a supportive environment. Requirements: 2+ years of sales experience essential. No freshers. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Customer-centric approach and understanding of individual needs. Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player. Prior experience in education or service-oriented industries is a plus. Responsibilities: Confidently call prospects and conduct persuasive presentations. Follow up diligently and provide information on our programs. Close sales effectively, exceeding monthly targets. Collaborate with the admissions team for a seamless enrollment process. Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system. Stay updated on course offerings and promotions.
