About This Opportunity

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator contributes to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the talent acquisition process. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the candidate interview, hiring, and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our future Align employees.

Job Location – Hyderabad

In this role, you will…

  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team and contribute to team projects
  • Collaborate with TA Partners for an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Maintain accurate, update and compliant information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Route and monitor req and offer approval process and create offer letters
  • Schedule, monitor and communicate pre-employment background checks
  • Close out job requisitions after positions are filled
  • Submit purchase requisitions for recruiting related costs
  • Other duties may be assigned

In this role, you'll need …

  • Excellent administrative, organizational, scheduling and people skills
  • Strong communication with business leaders to go along with analytical skills and a keen eye for small details
  • Organized, proactive, and multi-tasking approach to daily responsibilities
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office, specifically MS Excel and PPT.
  • Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems (Workday and iCIMS a plus)
  • Flexibility to changing tasks, priorities, and work schedules is required

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • 2-4 years' experience in an administrative support capacity (staffing/recruiting preferred)
  • Preference given to those with previous Talent Coordinator experience, but not required
