We are urgently hiring for
Data Science or Credit Risk analyst with Biz2credit in Noida. Important Note: 4+ years working as a Data Scientist or a Credit Risk Analyst. Candidate should be okay for WFO from Noida. Engineering Degree is must. Hands on experience in working with credit data (like credit bureau data), pricing strategies or credit scorecard development. Strong understanding of US market wrt credit risk management and US consumer or small business. Ability to design Modeling framework around a business problem. In-depth knowledge of statistics, ML methods and problem-solving skills Practical hands-on experience in developing data from various entities. Proficiency in SQL/Python is required. Ability to visualize and communicate sophisticated data and models to all audiences Job Role:- Drive the ongoing advancement and refinement of Biz2Credit's credit decisioning & pricing model - optimizing risk and return while dramatically reducing decision cycle times. Continuously evaluate alternative data sources and structures to document and improve the efficacy of our customer conversion models and processes. Harness the power of Biz2Credit's technology to proactively identify emerging risks as well as opportunities with our customers. Play a leadership role in the design and implementation of ongoing operational and risk reporting and analytics. Design Modeling framework based on requirements gathered from business/ product teams. Extract and build data pipeline for features extracted from data entities to be used for building models and ad-hoc analysis. Code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior data scientists. Work on data projects and proposals involving Biz2Credit's financial services partners worldwide (banks, non-banks, debt investors, equity investors and others) to analyse, classify and visualize credit-related data. Perform ad hoc analyses on customer, business, and portfolio trends to generate actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders. Manage multiple projects and priorities while delivering accurate & timely results in a fast-paced environment. Develop documentation on the projects for external validation.
