Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Services Manager located in Mumbai with flexibility for some remote work. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also be responsible for analyzing customer data and communication with clients and team members to ensure smooth delivery of services.

• Experience in managing client relationships
