Role Description We are looking for enterprising & entrepreneurial mindset individuals with skills and experience in AI with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP). The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the field of AI, particularly in working with Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning models, developing LLMs, and creating advanced chatbots. The candidate should be well-versed in Python programming, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have expertise in vector database technologies. This role requires working with CEO directly. Responsibilities: Development and Fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs): Design, develop, and fine-tune state-of-the-art Large Language Models to meet specific business requirements. Implement strategies for optimizing model performance, accuracy, and efficiency. Chatbot Development: Build and deploy intelligent chatbots using NLP techniques and LLMs to enhance user interactions and experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate chatbots into various applications and platforms. Vector Database Knowledge: Utilize vector database technologies to efficiently store, retrieve, and manipulate high-dimensional data representations, supporting AI model inference and training. Python Expertise: Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python programming for AI development and deployment. Stay updated with the latest advancements in Python libraries and frameworks relevant to NLP and AI. Problem Solving: Identify and solve complex problems related to natural language understanding, generation, and processing. Work closely with the team to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into existing systems. Clearly communicate technical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest trends, research, and advancements in AI and NLP. Proactively seek opportunities for professional development to enhance skills and knowledge. Below is for Senior AI Engineer Role : 1. AI Strategy Development: Design and develop comprehensive AI strategies that align with the company's goals, focusing on the implementation and integration of AI technologies. 2. Software Architecture: Possess 7 to 10 years of experience in software architecture, with a strong foundation in developing scalable and efficient systems. 3. AI Architecture Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an AI Architect, with a focus on ML and DL technologies. Experience in cloud technologies is preferred, with at least 1 year of direct experience. 4. Cloud and Azure Services: Experience with Azure Open AI Services, including LLMs, AI Search, Cosmos DB or any Vector Database. Proficiency in other Azure Services like Active Directory/SSO is essential. 5. AI Tools and Technologies: Knowledgeable in Orchestration, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Fine-tuning, Lang-Chain Framework, LLMs/Model Customization, and Deployment. 6. Security and Compliance: Foresee and mitigate security risks, ensuring model interpretability and the auditing of AI tools to meet compliance standards. 7. Generative AI Implementation: Set up a foundation for Generative AI at the enterprise level, playing a pivotal role in defining AI architecture and selecting appropriate technologies, both from Cloud and other platforms. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in AI with a focus on NLP. Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Large Language Models. Proven expertise in developing and fine-tuning AI models. Experience in building and deploying chatbots using NLP techniques. Familiarity with vector database technologies. Strong programming skills in Python. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
