**Job Description:**
We are looking for a seasoned Marketing Systems Administrator with a strong background in digital marketing tools and data
reporting. The ideal candidate will have at least 7+ years of experience and be responsible for overseeing the onboarding and
management of marketing automation and reporting tools. This role requires proactive collaboration with various teams and a
keen ability to manage tool enhancements and user access.
**Key Responsibilities:**
 Conduct detailed reporting using tools such as Eloqua, Adobe Experience Manager, and Adobe Workfront, providing
insights for WebOps and marketing automation.
 Lead discussions and pre-work for new tool onboarding, acting as the primary liaison between our team and other
departments.
 Manage tool offboarding processes and ensure smooth transitions.
 Communicate effectively with internal teams to identify tool enhancements and coordinate new feature deployments.
 Maintain responsibility for user access management, including adding and removing users from existing tools as
needed.
 Extract and analyze data from Tableau, and provide comprehensive reporting to support decision-making.
 Stay in close communication with the team Manager to ensure alignment on projects and initiatives.
 Oversee the learning tracker management and contribute to the professional development of the team.
 Drive the procurement process for new tools, engaging with stakeholders and obtaining approval from the immediate
manager.
**Qualifications:**
 A minimum of 6+ years of experience in marketing operations, reporting, or a related field.
 Proficiency in marketing automation and reporting tools such as Eloqua, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe
Workfront, MS Excel, and Tableau.
 Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
 A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate the needs of the team.
 Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset to drive continuous improvement within the marketing operations domain.
Must Have Skills – Adobe workfront
Good to have - Eloqua, Adobe Experience Manager, MS Excel, and Tableau.
