Role and Responsibilities:
The Sourcing/Closing Manager will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining a strong network with local brokers and channel partners/estate agents to promote our projects. Responsibilities include handling sales inquiries conducting walkin presentations interacting with clients and channel partners addressing queries and complaints meeting targeted additions to the channel partner database managing registration and certification formalities ensuring revenue generation from performing channel partners motivating nonperforming ones participating in channelrelated events and maintaining MIS records of sales achieved through channel partners.

Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have 3 to 7 years of sales experience in the real estate industry. A Bachelors degree is required for this position.
