Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Recruitment Associate to join our growing team at

MyCaptain. The Recruitment Associate will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent to

support the organizations mission. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition

excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.

Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:

Utilize various channels to source and identify potential candidates for different roles within the organization.

Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates quali cations skills and cultural

Manage the endtoend recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

Work closely with hiring managers to understand their sta ng needs and priorities.

Provide regular updates on recruitment progress share insights and recommend improvements in the recruitment process.

Candidate Experience:

Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Act as a point of contact for candidates addressing inquiries and providing timely feedback.

Employer Branding:

Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Represent MyCaptain at recruitment events and establish relationships with potential candidates.

Data Management:

Maintain accurate and uptodate records of candidate information in the applicant tracking system.

Generate recruitment reports to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

Proven experience in recruitment talent acquisition or a related role (0.61 yr).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
