Job Title: Motion Graphics Designer
Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month depending on experience and portfolio.
Location: Narhe, Pune (Work from office)

Overview:
Our company is seeking a motivated and creative Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for design and a strong understanding of motion graphics principles. The Motion Graphics Designer will work closely with our design team to develop engaging and visually appealing animations and graphics for a variety of projects.
Responsibilities:
The Motion Graphics Designer will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Conceptualize and design motion graphics for a variety of projects.
2. Create storyboards, animation sketches, and other visual aids to communicate ideas effectively.
3. Work collaboratively with designers, animators, and project managers to ensure successful project completion.
4. Produce high-quality animations and graphics using industry-standard software, including Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
5. Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve design quality.
6. Work with the design team to develop project timelines and schedules.
7. Ensure that all deliverables are completed on time and meet the company's high-quality standards.
8. Present design concepts and ideas to project managers and clients as needed.
9. Maintain organized project files and assets.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate for the Motion Graphics Designer position should possess the following qualifications:
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in motion graphics or a related field.
2. Proficient in industry-standard design software, including Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
3. Strong understanding of design principles and techniques.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to take feedback and make adjustments to designs as needed.
5. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
7. Strong time-management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
8. A portfolio demonstrating a range of motion graphics and animation work.
