The firm is primarily focused on Audit & Assurance, Direct Tax advisory, Indirect Tax advisory & transaction advisory.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Manager role located in Pune. As a Manager at D.R.Barve & Co. - Chartered Accountants, you will be responsible for managing teams and providing direction to associates assigned to engagements. You will also be responsible for coordinating with internal stakeholders and ensuring timely completion of projects while meeting client expectations.

Qualifications

An active CA certification or equivalent certification in a specific field of expertise is required.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of relevant experience in audit and assurance, tax consulting, or transaction advisory services
• Excellent communication, management, and leadership skills
• Must have a deep understanding of financial and accounting principles and functions
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Must be able to work with diverse teams and have excellent client relationship skills
