We are seeking a talented and experienced

Growth Product Manager

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and data analytics, to identify opportunities and implement strategies to optimize key metrics.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends. Define and prioritize growth initiatives based on data-driven insights and experimentation. Collaborate with product development teams to implement features and enhancements that improve user experience and drive growth. Work closely with marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising. Analyze user data and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for optimization. Monitor industry trends and best practices to stay informed about emerging technologies and growth strategies. Communicate key insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. 2-4 years of experience in product management, with a focus on growth and user acquisition. Proven track record of driving growth for digital products or online platforms. Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and A/B testing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. Familiarity with web and mobile analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
