Job Description: UI/UX + Graphic Designer/Editor (In-office Role)
We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX + Creative Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our mobile and web applications. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in creating graphics for the app, adverts, social media, and much more. The ideal candidate should have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of design principles.
Responsibilities:
1. UI/UX Design:
- Create user-friendly and visually attractive interfaces for our mobile and web applications, focusing on user experience and usability.
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate designs based on user insights.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
2. Graphic Design:
- Design engaging graphics, iconography, creatives, and visual elements for our platform, websites, campaigns, and offline materials.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity and visual style across all design assets.
- Have a strong typography game. Know appropriate typeface pairings and font usage for appropriate requirements and dimensions.Â
- Study the brief and ideate from scratch to execute a well-thought-out, easy-to-understand creative.
- Good color palette knowledge.Â
4. Collaboration:
- Provide guidance and support to team members in design processes.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and product managers, to ensure design solutions align with project requirements and goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX designer, graphic designer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Strong graphic design skills with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Motion graphics experience is a plus!
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively in an in-office environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A portfolio showcasing your design work and projects is required.
