Job Description:
As a human resources Intern at FarmFlow Innovations Pvt Ltd, you will be an essential part of our team, working on various aspects of the Human resources role to promote our organization and the growth of employees in our company.
Key Responsibilities:
· Posting jobs on various platforms, screening, sourcing, and scheduling interviews.
· Arranging a final round interview with your mentor and informing the selection of the candidate
· Salary negotiation and explaining the company's terms and policies to employees before joining.
· Meeting once in 15 days with employees asking about the work, etc.
· Training and development of employees as well as business.
· Working on end-to-end recruitment process and development.
Qualifications:
· Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Human resources, or a related field.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Proactive and results-oriented with a strong desire to learn and contribute.
· Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a passion.
