The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, HR activities, inventory management, accounts, and manpower management. As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities - Human Resource Management:
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end human resource functions.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Recruitment:
- Conduct recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Maintain a talent pool for future organizational needs.
- HR Activities:
- Coordinate and conduct employee engagement activities.
- Administer employee benefits programs.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor and manage HR-related inventory, such as office supplies and training materials.
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Accounts:
- Collaborate with the finance department to manage payroll and related activities.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning related to HR functions.
- Manpower Management:
- Assess and forecast staffing needs.
- Develop strategies for effective manpower planning.
- Optimize workforce productivity and efficiency.
Skills And Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources.
