Job Role: HR Manager (Process & Compliance)

Job Description:Â

1. End to End process of Talent Acquisition as per requirements.

2. To drive employee engagement initiatives at HO and Branch level.


3. Ensure all processes and procedures are in compliance with professional standards, legal, statutory and regulatory requirements.


4. Create and implement procedures and practices within the department pertaining to payroll, benefits, budgeting, maintenance of employee records, & HRMS (Human Resource Management System) in our internal ERP-TCS ION.

5. Plan & implement initiatives like KRA (Key Result Areas)- KPI setting, performance reviews & appraisals.

6. Ensure and act as an interface between Finance and Payroll for timely pay-outs of salaries to the employees and provide necessary salary details through HRMS (TCS ION)Â

7. Support all business functions and employees with matters relating to HR policies, processes, benefits, payroll, and statutory requirements

8. Monitor manpower budget, utilize operational resources optimally and mobilize resources as per business requirement

9. Ensure abidance to the organisations people & employment related policies by all departments, notify non-compliances, address complaints and resolve grievances of employees through Grievance Register.

10. Review of statutory compliance like PF, ESI, PT and other labour Laws which are applicable.

11. Train & develop team members to unleash their potential and provide them growth opportunities

12. Should implement above procedures (1-11) at HO and its group companies including Branches.ÂÂ

12. Work on any other initiatives shared by Management from time to time
