Role:

Understanding the product offering clearly

Ability to explain the product to the merchants

Good DSA/ Channel partner connect

Good knowledge of Local Market Sales

Ability to handle sales calls independently

Ability to handle and manage local sales promotions

Achieving targeted loan disbursements.

Responsible for smooth flow of process relating to credit and operations.

To build a profitable portfolio.

Strong customer focus

Energetic and willing to work

Strong commercial and business acumen

Knowledge of financial services industry

Good communication and people skills

Requirements

Education qualification Any Graduate

Preferred Industry experience Bank / NBFC handling sales in retail assets (unsecured)/ Merchant banking sourced through DSAs (Channel Partners)

Desired experience Relevant experience of 25years in any unsecured Loan Product (preferably Business Loans) with DSA handling experience
