Job description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Plan, Execute and review functional safety validation activities for Power Train system for multiple projects.
- To understand ECU functional safety specification, Requirement, define test case and test bench requirements
- To design and deliver electric powertrain simulation test bench for ECU w.r.t functional safety HW and functional safety SW testing
- To collaborate with cross functional teams and enable team for the on-time delivery
- To develop plant model for electric power train simulation
- To implement test automation and testing capability for HIL bench, System Level and Vehicle Level
- To perform closed loop HIL integration of powertrain ECUs with respect to Functional Safety Requirements
- Confirming FTTI defined in the system safety requirement by validation
- To prepare BOM and costing for any HIL development / setup
- Document and create visual representations of systems and their inputs and outputs
Experience 6-8 Yrs
Industry Preferred Automotive OEMs, Tier 1 Supplier
Qualifications BE/BTech/ME/MTech-Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics, Automotive Electronics, Power Electronics or any equivalent
General Requirements Functional Safety certification (ISO 26262:2018) is an added advantage
