Role Description
The Indian Ethnic Co. is hiring for a full-time Store Manager role. The role will be responsible to lead and oversee the complete operations of the store and deliver a world-class customer experience in stores, and drive same-store-growth.
Job Responsibilities :
- Maintain the orderly, presentable appearance of the store.
- Oversee stock and store operations.
- Attend to all customers coming into the store.
- Recommend styles to customers by understanding their choice and personality.
- Analyze the styles that perform well at the store.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
Requirements :
- Really good communication skills.
- Having a fashion or retail background is a must.
- Customer-centric with a positive attitude
- Managed stores, ideally a mix of high street and malls.
- Ability to understand and represent our brand
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving and analytical skills
