The team you will be a part of The Electrical Engineering team designs, develops or coordinates development of components, small systems, quality systems, processes or materials.
This Role In Summary Responsible for managing and delivering HARDWARE Development for Whirlpool Products. Mentoring and Monitoring team's work. Bringing good practices for driving continuous improvement in existing processes. Your Responsibilities Will Include Educational Qualification- BE 10-15 yrs ME 8-13 yrs (Electrical/Elecronics/Instrumentation) Experience Required- 10-15 Years Job Details- TECHNICAL - 10+ years experience in designing embedded hardware solutions for high-volume products, from the beginning to the end
- Translate product functions into embedded hardware requirements and specifications .
- Develop technical specifications for new features, sensors, actuators and lighting modules for Whirlpool platforms.
- -Proven skills in OPEX (6 sigma,), EMC and EMI theory, A3 methodology, Power supply Theory;
- -Must have hands-on experience in prototype bring-up and debugging, functional verification and manufacturing support
- -Must have experience designing high volume products from beginning to end and dealing with contract manufacturers
- -Mixed-signal and embedded board-level design experience incl. Up to 32-bit microcontrollers
- Experience in :
- Analog and Digital Logic design
- Signal Integrity analysis
- Power Supplies and Power management
- Testability and DOEs (Design of Experiments)
- system integration
- processor selection
- various communication protocols,
- LED driving circuits
- Should be a team player, mentor, and coach
