Job description
The IT Architect a ct s as a trusted advisor to his team and internal clients. He will guide the team in the Digital IT transformation by having a strong understanding of our platform and people skills to get his ideas and solutions across to stakeholders .
WITHIN YOUR ROLE , YOU WILL
B e a key member in Digital transformation projects , where you will contribute to a dvis ing and guiding on architectural topics and design , specifying IT resource needs and delivering high level I T estimates
H andle different elements of IT architecture, consisting of solution and technical architecture .
A dvise on and document the architectural decisions
C reate and maintain a rchitectural diagrams , mapping out the infrastructure components, software components, databases, middleware layers
S hare the architectural diagrams towards the stakeholders (both business and IT)
G uide and inform our a pplication team s on the design and follow up if the build is aligned with the design.
R research into the business goals , producing recommended steps and a roadmap for solutions to reach the business goals
C ollaborate with colleagues to do proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining the solution design
Or ganise user groups and build a network wit hin the company to identify areas where the applications can support and enhance business processes
Id entify areas of improvement and define actions plans
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WHO HAS :
A m aster s degree in computer science ( or similar)
At least 8 year s of experience as an IT architect
Experience with Achitecture principles and frameworks
You have good knowledge on IT architecture methods and techniques (TOGAF, Archimate , )
Experience in Solution and Technical architecture
A proven background in .NET , web portal s, backends, software components, APIs, IT services, Integration platforms , databases, infrastructure components
Experience with guiding a team of technical experts both onsite and remote
Skills to m ap out business requirements and refine them into functional and non-functional requirements matching the business s objectives and priorities.
Strong communication and influencing skills to establish and maintain effective business relationships
Excellent communications and collaboration skills
Proficiency in English, both written & spoken
Experience with other application s tacks in the Esko landscape is a plus ( Salesforce - AX/D365 - Power BI )
