Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager - Proactive at Courtyard by Marriott, Ahmedabad (SBR). The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for preparing and presenting proposals, conducting negotiations, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Experience in the hospitality industry or related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Fluency in English and Hindi required, knowledge of additional languages is a plus
