Job description
Role- General Manager MEP Maintenance
Location- Thane- Work form Office- This role involved travelling PAN India to site locations
Experience- 20-25yrs
Qualification- B. E Electrical
Incumbent will be responsible for below for PAN India stores.
1. Store Ambiance (Air-conditioning / Lighting ) & Upkeep Infrastructure - Visit stores & plan replacement of old lighting / AC / UPS /Inverters & revamping of old electrical system / CC Re-layout.
2. TAT - Improve uptime of critical equipment like UPS, DG, AC, Lift, Chiller & Freezer, STP and fire system.
3. Ensure safe & secure environment in stores.
4. Design & implement the right manpower structure for the future
5. Sustainability initiatives - Electrical energy & water conservation.
6. AMC finalization & PM compliance to improve equipment uptime.
7. Should have commercial acumen to handle cost approvals
Knowledge of SAP-PM module is an advantage.
