Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. As a Data Scientist at CureSkin, you will play a crucial role in analyzing large datasets, developing machine learning models, and generating insights that drive the enhancement of our skincare recommendation system. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and improve our products, ensuring that our users receive the most effective and personalized skincare guidance. Responsibilities: Data Analysis and Exploration: ● Collect, clean, and preprocess large volumes of structured and unstructured data related to skincare, user behavior, and product usage. ● Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can improve our understanding of user needs. Model Development and Deployment: ● Develop predictive models, recommendation systems, and algorithms using machine learning techniques to personalize skincare recommendations. ● Implement and deploy machine learning models into production, ensuring scalability and efficiency. Optimization and Improvement: ● Continuously improve existing models by experimenting with new algorithms, methodologies, and data sources. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize model performance and enhance the user experience. Insights and Reporting: ● Generate actionable insights and reports based on data analysis to guide product development and business strategies. ● Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations and reports. Research and Innovation: ● Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and skincare technology to propose innovative solutions. ● Contribute to research initiatives and publish findings in relevant conferences or journals. Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. ● Proven experience of 5 years as a Data Scientist or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or skincare industry. ● Strong proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages commonly used in data science. ● Expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics. ● Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques. ● Experience with tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc. ● Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong analytical mindset. ● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment. ● Effective communication skills and the ability to convey complex findings to diverse audiences.
