Job description
Hiring for the position of Project Engineer at Bhubaneswar location for a leading Real Estate Company .
The roles and responsibilities include:
1.Coordination with contractors, subcontractors and other professional staff for daily execution of tasks especially quantity surveyors, safety engineer and quality and billing executives.
2. providing technical assistance and solving problems on site.
3.managing construction projects.
4. checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly .
5. Timely creating material requisitions for project.
6. Ensure utmost quality at the project site and follow the SOPs on safety and discipline at site.
EXP: 5-8 yrs in Relevant field.
CTC: 6-9 LPA
